A number of you have commented on how unfair it is that our employees are required to donate their tips to charity. Let us explain: All of our team makes not only substantially ABOVE minimum wage they make substantially ABOVE tip wages plus tips. Our objective is to pay our team not only a sustaining wage but a damn good one. We want them focused on quality of service not quantity of tables. If they can focus on you, our customers, rather than whether they can make ends meet, we feel we have an all around winning situation: Our employees are taken care of, our customers are taken care of AND we can help those in need.
