The lightest in the litter, this is the Flying Dog’s
flavorful German Hefeweizen (Hefe). Malted white wheat added to the beer to create
a smooth, full mouth feel. Yeast is introduced to develop the beer's unique flavor
proile reminiscent of bananas and cloves.
The
youngest in the litter, this is the Flying Dog’s
interpretation of Kolsch, a beer style that is unique to Cologne
Germany. German Ale, Tire Bite is golden ale, with a light,
refreshing crisp, clean flavor. Fermented with our special German
Ale yeast at moderate temperature, Tire Bite is imminently
quaffable and an ideal thirst quencher.
Meet the alpha of th epack. This dog answers to
no one and will never be tamed. Dry hopped with cascades makes this Pale Ale a brilliant amber color. The citrus hop character of this beer
is balanced with a malty untone to create a depth few Pale Ales can match.
The 'Scratch' is an Amber Lager with a malty, mellow
beer that pours with a thick, creamy head. The malt sweetness of this beer is balanced with a citrus hop finish.
